In today’s society, kids need a space to process all that they experience in life with their peers that share those experiences. Join this weekly process group for kids where we will explore what it means to be a kid. When provided, kids will have the opportunity to build executive functions, interpersonal relationships, and social skills. This group fosters connection with others, emotional expression and raises awareness to different concerns of kids in their daily life.

LOVE IS LOVE

Introducing a workshop focusing on self-care, empowerment, and BIPOC women’s experiences in today’s culture. This workshop will incorporate young women ages 16-22 discussing issues such as overcoming societal barriers to practicing self-care, addressing hyper-sexualization of young women’s bodies, and defining self-love. Our mission is to empower young BIPOC women to lead healthy, well-balanced lives that provide them with the tools to succeed in a society where they are not prioritized.
