Meet Your Therapist

Holistic therapist practicing under the supervision of Laurie Patrice, BCPC, CPCS, LPC, MS

My clients would describe me as warm, understanding, non-judgmental, encouraging, and a safe space for them to be their authentic selves.

I am a Holistic Psychotherapist with experience working with individuals of all ages, couples, families, and groups in private practice. I graduated from Mercer University earning my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I became a Clinical Mental Health Counselor because of my own search for truth and enduring my life’s journey. In my own journey, I have seen that when we work through our problems and look through different lenses, taking a holistic approach and connecting to the mind, body, and spirit can lead to the change that we desire. I have a passion for helping others find meaning in their life. I believe that anyone can change their life’s narrative, and I am driven to help clients be the person they desire to be.

I provide support for my clients that seek meaning and answers to questions like “Who am I?”, “What do I want in life?”, and “ What is my purpose in life?”. It can be difficult navigating all of life's stressors (past and present) and trying to continue to move forward into the future. I am committed to offering you support and validation while you endure your past life’s truth and shift into exploring your desired future.

Practicing from an existential, Holistic, person-centered therapeutic style, I invite clients into the therapeutic space by helping them to access their authentic selves and endure their life’s narrative to continue building their desired lifestyle. My goal is to provide a safe, open space for clients to explore themselves existentially and non-judgmentally during each session. I encourage clients to be fully present in the therapeutic space and help guide clients as they process through issues that surface while exploring all areas of life, including sexual relationships, work, school, personal relationships, and health. My passion for finding meaning within my own life, passion and belief in changing one's life narrative, and desire to help others find meaning in their lives drive me to be the therapist that I am today.
